Auto-sending Reminders

Never chase late payments manually again with automated reminders:

Enable Reminders: When creating an invoice, toggle on "Auto-send reminders" in the payment settings.

Reminder Schedule: Thistle will automatically send polite reminder emails at 7 days before due date, on due date, and 7 days after due date.

Customization: Edit the reminder email template in Settings → Invoicing → Reminder Templates.

Stop Reminders: Reminders automatically stop once an invoice is marked as paid.

Professional Tone: Our default templates are friendly but professional, maintaining good client relationships.
