1. Agreement to Terms

By using our application, Thistle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account.

3. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. We take no responsibility for and we do not expressly or implicitly endorse any of your Content.

4. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

• Billing Cycles: Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
• Free Trial: Thistle may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the free trial. At the end of the free trial period, unless you canceled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees.
• Auto-renewal: At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Thistle cancels it.
• Payment: A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Thistle with accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Thistle to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
• Fee Changes: Thistle, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting customer support. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period, and you will be able to access the Service until the end of your current subscription period.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Thistle, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
